Protecting your privacy is important to us.

This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information that we process in the course of our business, including information we receive through our online or offline offerings. This Privacy Policy doesn’t apply to any third-party websites, services or applications, even if they are accessible through our Site or Services. Also, please note that, unless we define a term in this Privacy Policy, all capitalized words used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Use. All individuals whose responsibilities include the processing of any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“Personal Information”) by or on Coria’s behalf are expected to protect that Personal Information by adherence to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is intended to meet worldwide privacy requirements.

Any information that is collected via Coria.com or any online form, email or via any other medium (our “Services”) is covered by this Privacy Policy or any subsequent version. We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we’ll notify you of those changes by posting them on Coria.com or by sending you an email or other notification as required by applicable law. You understand and agree that you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Privacy Policy if you continue to use the Services after the updated Privacy Policy is posted on Coria.com. If at any point you do not agree to any portion of the Privacy Policy then in effect, you must immediately stop using the Services. Additionally, before we use Personal Information for any new purpose not originally authorized by you, we will try to provide you with information regarding the new purpose and give you the opportunity to opt-out.   • We may collect certain information automatically through our Services or other methods of web analysis, such as your internet protocol (IP) address, cookie identifiers, mobile carrier, mobile advertising identifiers, MAC address, IMEI, Advertiser ID, and other device identifiers that are automatically assigned to your computer or device when you access the internet, browser type and language, geolocation information, hardware type, operating system, internet service provider, pages that you visit before and after using the Services, the date and time of your visit, the amount of time you spend on each page, information about the links you click and pages you view within the Services, and other actions taken through use of the Services such as preferences.

Information We Collect Using Cookies and Other Automated Technologies

When you visit Coria.com or use the Services, we may collect and store information about your visit on an anonymous, aggregate basis using cookies, pixels or clear gif tags (“Automated Technologies”). Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer to keep track of settings or data for a particular website. Clear gifs (also known as web beacons) are used in combination with cookies to help us understand how visitors interact with our Services. A clear gif is typically a transparent graphic image that is embedded in web content to allow us to measure a visitor’s actions in opening the page that contains the clear gif. 

If you have disabled Automated Technologies from within your browser, or if you are running third-party software that intercepts or deletes Automated Technologies, you may not be able to use Coria.com or the Services. If you are concerned about Automated Technologies, you may modify your browser settings to notify you when they are employed. The registration and preferences pages provide an opportunity for you to provide us with information about you and your interests, such as your name, mailing address and e-mail address. If you choose to share any Personal Information with us, we may store it and use it for our own marketing research and other marketing purposes. However it is our stated policy not to share any of your Personal Information with other companies or even our business partners.

Third Party Advertising

Advertisements that appear on Coria.com are sometimes delivered directly to users by third party advertisers. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. These third party advertisers may also cause cookies to be downloaded to your computer, or use other technologies such as Flash or JavaScript. Doing this allows the advertising network to recognize your computer each time they send you an advertisement in order to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalize advertising content. In this way, they may compile information about where individuals using your computer or browser see their advertisements and determine which advertisements are clicked.

Your Choices & Opt-Out

You have the right to opt out of certain uses and disclosures of your Personal Information. Where you have consented to our processing of your Personal Information, you may withdraw that consent at any time and opt-out to further processing by contacting us at support@coria.com. Even if you opt-out, we may still collect and use anonymized or non-Personal Information regarding your activities on our Services and/ or information from the advertisements on third party websites for non-interest based advertising purposes, such as to determine the effectiveness of the advertisements.

We may periodically send you free newsletters and e-mails that directly promote our Services. When you receive such promotional communications from us, you will have the opportunity to “opt-out” (either through your Account or by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the e-mail you receive). 

We maintain “do-not-call” and “do-not-mail” lists as mandated by law. We process requests to be placed on do-not-mail, do-not-phone and do-not-contact lists within 60 days after receipt, or such shorter time as may be required by law.

Rights of Access, Rectification, Erasure, and Restriction

You may inquire as to whether we are processing Personal Information about you, request access to Personal Information about you, and ask that we correct, amend or delete your Personal Information where it is inaccurate. If we determine that access should be restricted in any particular instance, we will provide you with an explanation of why that determination has been made and a contact point for any further inquiries. Our Services may contain links to websites and services that are owned or operated by third parties (each, a “Third-party Service”). Any information that you provide on or to a Third-party Service or that is collected by a Third-party Service is provided directly to the owner or operator of the Third-party Service and is subject to that owner’s or operator’s privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content, privacy or security practices or policies of any Third-party Service. To protect your information we recommend that you carefully review the privacy policies of all Third-party Services that you access.

International Transfer

Your Personal Information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide your Personal Information to us, we may transfer your Personal Information to the United States and process it there. By choosing to access Coria.com, utilize the Services or otherwise provide information to us, you agree that any dispute over privacy or the terms contained in this Privacy Policy will be governed by the laws of the United States, and the adjudication of any dispute arising in connection with the Services will be in accordance with the Terms of Use.
